Life Coaching Services Policy – Sai Giridhar Coach

This Life Coaching Services Policy ("Policy") governs the coaching services provided by Dr. Sai Giridhar Sairam, operating as Sai Giridhar Coach ("Coach," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("you" or "your") agree to this Policy.

1. Services Offered

Our coaching programs are customized to your needs. While we offer specialized programs, the specific content and approach will be tailored to your requirements.

1.1 Clarity Coaching: Helps you identify core values, define goals, and create a roadmap. Includes six 60-90 minute sessions (video conference, phone, or WhatsApp), support between sessions (email, phone, or WhatsApp), and resources.

1.2 Career Transition Coaching: Supports career changes, including resume/cover letter review, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Includes 90-minute sessions (video conference, phone, or WhatsApp), support between sessions (email, phone, or WhatsApp), and career assessment tools.

1.3 Relationship Coaching: Helps individuals and couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships. Includes 90-minute sessions (video conference, phone, or WhatsApp), support between sessions (email, phone, or WhatsApp), and relationship assessment tools.

1.4 Executive Coaching: Designed for executives to enhance leadership skills, improve decision-making, and achieve professional goals. Includes 60-90 minute sessions (video conference), personalized development plans, and support between sessions (email).

1.5 Leadership Coaching: Develops leadership qualities, including communication, team building, and strategic thinking. Includes 60-90 minute sessions (video conference), leadership assessments, and support between sessions (email, phone, or WhatsApp).

Services Not Included: Life coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical, financial, or legal advice. We are not qualified to provide these services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Actively participate in sessions.
Complete assigned tasks.
Communicate openly and honestly.
Take responsibility for progress.

3. Session Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling: Through our online booking system ("My Bookings").
Cancellation: 24 hours' notice required. Less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling: Permitted with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

4. Fees and Payment

Payment: Upfront or in installments.
Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, PayPal.
Refunds: No refunds once sessions have commenced.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared is strictly confidential, except where legally required (e.g., harm to self or others).

6. Code of Conduct

Respectful and professional communication.
Punctuality.
Confidentiality.
Professionalism.

Violation may result in termination of services.

7. Disclaimer
